As part of our commitment to promoting high standards in the property agency industry, alongside our training and consultancy we have also developed our Property Agency Training Code of Practice. Combining professional excellence, client care and commercial awareness, the Code of Practice provides a strong framework for estate and letting agents to follow so as to ensure that they and their staff operate in a highly effective and reliable manner. We come to your office and perform a business review (usually 2 hours duration). |
We assess compliance with our Code of Practice and produce a report for your agency. |

Upon successful review, your agency will receive our 'Accredited Property Agency' certificate. |
