New Guide For Tenants Launched

 

A new guide aimed at helping tenants build better relationships with their landlords and letting agents has been launched by publisher WorkTop Publishing.

The WorkTop Guide For Tenants is a concise, informative guide that helps tenants to meet the expectations of landlords and agents whilst living in rented accommodation.

The guide has been designed to form part of the tenancy agreement, to be provided to the tenant upon commencement of occupancy. It can be branded in the Agent's or Landlord's identity and aims to reinforce the duty of care shown to their tenants. thus avoiding any basic maintenance or upkeep issues that can arise at the end of this agreement.
