The Longest Day - RMJ Did It! (Crisis Charity Run 2011)

 

Last Thursday 9th June 2011, Letting4Success and Property Agency Training CEO Rory James MacLaren-Jackson completed the 6.5km Crisis Square Mile Run for homelessness charity Crisis. Moreover, he did so immediately AFTER a whole day on his feet presenting the popular 'Bringing In The Business' course!rmj crisis charity run 2011

Fuelled by energy drinks and a carbohydrate-rich lunch, Rory finished training the company's delegates at its London (Heathrow) venue and then was straight into his running shoes and off to Paternoster Square at the foot of St. Paul's Cathedral for the run.

Reflecting on the event, Rory commented, "It was quite a challenge to be honest, doing both on the same day, but I ran for Crisis last year and wanted to do it again. They do excellent work for the single homeless and I wanted to show our support for such a worthy cause. Thanks to all those who donated and especially Mark Brooke and Aimi Walker who cheered me on!"
