All of a sudden, after a fairly slow start (as you explained it would be) we are now INUNDATED WITH WORK! IT'S FAB! We are getting plenty in and it's going out super-fast...there has NEVER BEEN A BETTER TIME TO GO INTO THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS! We have even picked up work as viewing agents from a company down in Watford, it started with just viewings but now we are marketing and doing the photos too, (from small acorns etc etc)!
The FANTASTIC courses that we have attended with you guys really did set us up for this business perfectly, it gave us the confidence to go ahead and do a damn fine job of it too, we are like old hands now and can wax lyrical on the lettings subject in general, it's nice when other agents we speak to actually ask us for our advice!
