As well as detailing the optimum strategies to achieve more sales and lets, it also covers specific closing techniques - with particular emphasis on the key appointments in property agency, namely market appraisals and viewings.

In this one-day course you and/or members of your team will learn how to:
  • Build the foundations to a successful deal from the first contact
  • Identify landlord/tenant and seller/buyer needs and match effectively
  • Make your sales presentations really sell!
  • Develop ‘sales sensitivity’ - knowing when to close the deal
  • Handle objections, negotiate and move to the close
  • Apply proven closes to a variety of property scenarios
